Bond of David Abbot, John Leavitt, and Martin Smith to the State of Ohio, 1803.

Consists of one document, dated and signed by David Abbot, John Leavitt, and Martin Smith, for payment to the State of Ohio in the sum of $2,000, dated first Tuesday of June 1803. "The condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bound David Abbot shall faithfully discharge the duties of the office of Clerk to the Supreme Court for the County of Trumbull then the above obligation to be void and of no effect otherwise to remain in full force and virtue. Signed, sealed and delivered in presence of George Tod [and] John L. Edwards."
